Lovall's injuries were moderate. Lovall was taken to Hannibal Regional Hospital, Hannibal, Mo.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2010 Dodge Journey driven by No driver was moderate. It was removed by Heartland Towing, Hannibal, Mo.

The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court).
