Jason Hale Injured in a Crash on June 17, 2021 in Washington County, Missouri

Jason B Hale of Broken Arrow, OK was injured on Thursday, June 17, 2021 at 7:06AM in Washington County, Missouri. Hale is a 36-year-old man.

The crash happened here: eastbound Mo-8 east of Ottertail Rd.

DRIVER 1 FAILED TO MAINTAIN THEIR LANE ALLOWING VEHICLE 1 TO TRAVEL OFF THE SOUTH ROAD EDGE. VEHICLE 1 OVERTURNED, STRIKING THE DITCH, BEFORE COMING TO REST OFF THE SOUTH ROAD EDGE, ON ITS PASSENGER'S SIDE.

Injuries

Hale's injuries were minor. Hale was taken by Washington County Ambulance to Washington County Memorial Hospital.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 1984 Peterbilt 386 driven by Hale was total. It was removed by Towed To/By Buckleys Towing.

Tpr B M Breedlove of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210302271 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
