Errol Poli Injured in a Crash on June 15, 2021 in Jefferson County, Missouri

Errol L Poli of Cedar Hill, MO was injured on Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at 8:20PM in Jefferson County, Missouri. Poli is a 76-year-old man.

Injuries

Poli's injuries were moderate. Poli was taken by Big River Ambulance District to Mercy Hospital South.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2006 Chrysler Town And Country driven by Poli was total. It was removed by Towed To/By S&V Towing.

Tpr J D Procknow of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210299946 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
