Danielle Rice Injured in a Crash on June 22, 2021 in Crawford County, Missouri

CRASH OCCURRED AS VEHICLE 1 TRAVELED OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY, STRUCK A MAILBOX. VEHICLE 1 RETURNED TO THE ROADWAY,THEN TRAVELED OFF THE LEFT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY, STRIKING A TREE BEFORE COMING TO REST.

The police said the damage to the 2017 Kia Sorento driven by Rice was extensive. It was removed by Patriot Towing Sullivan, Mo.

Msgt D E Dicus of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210314381 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
