DRIVER 1 OVERCORRECTED TO THE LEFT, WHICH CAUSED VEHICLE 1 TO LOSE TRACTION AND RUN OFF OF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY. VEHICLE 1 IMPACTED THE DITCH ON ITS RIGHT SIDE, CAUSING IT TO ROLL SEVERAL TIMES. VEHICLE 1 CAME TO FINAL REST, UP SIDE DOWN, FACING NORTH EAST.
Injuries
Clements's injuries were moderate. Clements was taken to Transported Bo Fitzgibbon Hospital By Saline County Ems.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2019 Ford Explorer driven by Clements was total. It was removed by Towed By Knock Out.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Tpr T D Jackson of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210329644 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
