Caitlin Lake Killed in a Crash on June 15, 2021 in Ray County, Missouri

Caitlin K Lake of Cowgill, MO was killed on Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at 7:03AM in Ray County, Missouri. Lake is a 22-year-old woman.

Injuries

Lake's injuries were fatal. Lake was taken to Transported By Thurman Funeral Home.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2015 Ford Fusion driven by Lake was total. It was removed by Towed By Green'S Tow. The damage to the 2020 Case Patriot driven by Englert was total. It was removed by Towed By Scotty'S Tow.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report

Tpr N T Ott and McIu Team Sgt H A Sears of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210298423 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
