Aron Wilson Killed in a Crash on June 22, 2021 in Warren County, Missouri

Aron L Wilson of Wright City, MO was killed on Tuesday, June 22, 2021 at 4:03PM in Warren County, Missouri. Wilson is a 22-year-old man.

FATALITY REPORT - PEDESTRIAN 1 WAS WALKING EASTBOUND ON OR NEAR THE RAILROAD TRACKS NEAR ROUTE H WHEN HE WAS STRUCK BY A TRAIN. THE TRAIN IS OWNED BY NORFOLK SOUTHERN. CLOSEST WARNING SYSTEM WAS 100 FEET EAST OF THE CRASH LOCATION AND IS A CROSSING GATE WITH LIGHTS FLASHING AND BELLS. PEDESTRIAN 1 WAS PRONOUNCED AT 1709 ON 06/22/2021 ON SCENE BY DEPUTY CORONER DEAN JACKSON.

Injuries

Wilson's injuries were fatal. Wilson was taken by Martin Funeral Home to Martin Funeral Home.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the General Electric Ac44C6M Locomotive driven by Chapman was moderate. It was removed by Driven From Scene.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report

Cpl A D Gadberry of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210314016 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
