Injuries
Gaines's injuries were minor. Gaines was taken by Montgomery County Ambulance to University Hospital - Columbia.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2018 International Box Truck driven by Gaines was extensive. It was removed by Towed By Skyline Towing - Foristell.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Tpr J L Gertson of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210330380 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report.
