Donald R Rowe of Warrensburg, MO was killed on Saturday, May 08, 2021 at 1:30PM in Johnson County, Missouri. Rowe is a 74-year-old man.

Injuries
Rowe's injuries were fatal. Rowe was taken by Coroner Clark Holdren to Johnson County Coroner'S Office.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2013 Harley-Davidson driven by Rowe was total. It was removed by Towed By Tip Top Tow.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Tpr M A Ebeling of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210222082 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
