THE IMPACT CAUSED VEHICLE 1 TO ROTATE COUNTER CLOCKWISE AND TRAVEL OFF THE LEFT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY. VEHICLE 2 TRAVELLED OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY. VEHICLE 3 BEGAN TO SKID AND TRAVELLED OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY.
Injuries
Thompson's injuries were minor. Thompson was taken by Union Ambulance District to Mercy Hospital Washington.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2010 Ford Fusion driven by Hammack vizcarra was total. It was removed by Towed By/To Vogelgesangs Towing. The damage to the 2002 Ford Taurus driven by Thompson was extensive. It was removed by Towed By/To Vogelgesangs Towing. The damage to the 2004 Buick Park Avenue driven by Wideman was total. It was removed by Towed By/To Vogelgesangs Towing.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Tpr R J Steele of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210114824 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
