Injuries
Hawley's injuries were fatal. Hawley was taken by Lonnings Mortuary Service to St Louis County Medical Examiners Office.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 driven by Eskew was minor. It was removed by Driven From Scene. The damage to the 2007 Harley Davidson Fat Boy driven by Hawley was moderate. It was removed by Towed By/To Superior Towing. The damage to the Unknown Red Pickup driven by No driver was -. It was removed by Left Scene.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Tpr D L Holliday and McIu Sgt P J Kempke and Sgt J D Cox of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210101971 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report.
