James Durr Killed in a Crash on March 22, 2021 in Lincoln County, Missouri

James L Durr of Truxton, MO was killed on Monday, March 22, 2021 at 12:20PM in Lincoln County, Missouri. Durr is a 66-year-old man.

FATALITY CRASH - VEHICLE 1 RAN OFF OF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY AND STRUCK A UTILITY POLE. VEHICLE 1 THEN OVERTURNED. DRIVER 1 PRONOUNCED ON SCENE AT 1245 HOURS BY LINCOLN COUNTY EMS PERSONNEL. ASSISTED BY MSGT. B.W. LONG (855) AND TPR. S.T. BRUENGER (505).

Injuries

Durr's injuries were fatal. Durr was taken by Lincoln County Medical Examiner to Mccoy Blossom Funeral Home.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2006 Kawasaki 900 driven by Durr was total. It was removed by Towed To/By Priority One.

Cpl M G Kettenbach of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210134657 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
