Injuries
Buckner's injuries were fatal. Buckner was taken to Taken To Pitts Funeral Home In Bolivar.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2014 Chevrolet Impala driven by Buckner was total. It was removed by Towed By Nelson'S Wrecker. The damage to the 2016 Freightliner Cascadia driven by Nyiok was minor. It was removed by Towed By Mcdowells Wrecker.

Msgt S W Long and Major Crash Team Sgt S R Richardson Cpl K R Waters and Tpr T R Wright of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210101381 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report.
