Hayden Harris Killed in a Crash on March 06, 2021 in Lawrence County, Missouri

Hayden D Harris of Deepwater, MO was killed on Saturday, March 06, 2021 at 4:30AM in Lawrence County, Missouri. Harris is a 18-year-old woman.

FATALITY CRASH - THIS IS TROOP D'S 22ND FATALITY FOR 2021. NEXT OF KIN NOTIFIED. PEDESTRIAN WAS CROSSING THE INTERSTATE AND WAS STRUCK BY NR1. LAWRENCE COUNTY CORONER SCOTT LAKIN RESPONDED TO THE SCENE AND PRONOUNCED THE SUBJECT DECEASED AT 0525. AS MANDATED BY LAW SURVIVING DRIVER TESTED FOR ALCOHOL. ASSISTED BY LAWRENCE COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT AND MT VERNON FIRE DEPARTMENT.

Injuries

Harris's injuries were fatal. Harris was taken to Body Taken To Lakin Funeral Home In Pierce City, Mo.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2012 Honda Civic driven by Samuelson was extensive. It was removed by Towed By Stop And Shop Towing Of Mt Vernon.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report

Msgt S Jones of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210105487 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
