CRASH OCCURRED AS VEHICLE TRAVELLED OVER THE CENTER LINE AND OFF THE WEST SIDE OF THE ROADWAY. VEH STRUCK THE BASE OF A BRIDGE, WENT AIRBORN, CROSSED A CREEK AND STRUCK AN EMBANKMENT. VEH CAME TO REST ON ITS WHEELS. ASSISTED BY SGT. T.B. ZIEGLER (1268), TPR. A.P. MAPEL (1387) AND NODAWAY COUNTY.

The police said the damage to the 2003 Chevrolet Truck driven by Wilmes was total. It was removed by Towed By Kizers.

The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
