Deborah M Howard of Everton, MO was injured on Tuesday, February 09, 2021 at 10:45AM in Greene County, Missouri. Howard is a 65-year-old woman.

The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report.
