Ashton Carter Injured in a Crash on February 16, 2021 in Jackson County, Missouri

Ashton Carter of Gardner, KS was injured on Tuesday, February 16, 2021 at 9:45AM in Jackson County, Missouri. Carter is a 23-year-old woman.
