Hays's injuries were fatal. Hays was taken by Garner Funeral Home to Their Facility In Monroe City.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2016 Kia Sorento driven by Hays was total. It was removed by Towed By Turpin'S Towing.

The highway patrol assigned report number 200620107 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report.
