McKenzie May Injured in a Crash on December 08, 2020 in St. Charles County, Missouri

McKenzie I May of Wentzville, MO was injured on Tuesday, December 08, 2020 at 6:07PM in St. Charles County, Missouri. May is a 18-year-old woman.

The crash happened here: westbound Interstate 70 west of Lake St Louis Blvd.

VEHICLE 1 WAS TRAVELLING IN LANE 3. VEHICLE 2 WAS TRAVELLING IN LANE 2. VEHICLE 2 CHANGED FROM LANE 2 TO LANE 3 AND STRUCK THE LEFT SIDE OF VEHICLE 1. VEHICLE 1 TRAVELLED OFF THE LEFT SIDE OF ROADWAY AND STRUCK THE CONCRETE BARRIER. VEHICLE 1 THEN TRAVELLED BACK ACROSS THE ROADWAY AND STRUCK THE CONCRETE BARRIER OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY.

Injuries

May's injuries were minor. May was taken by St Charles County Ambulance to St Joseph West.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2010 Honda Civic driven by May was total. It was removed by Towed To/By Crash City. The damage to the 2003 Peterbilt 379 driven by Ausmus was minor. It was removed by Driven From Scene.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report

Tpr D L Holliday of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 200614542 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
