May's injuries were minor. May was taken by St Charles County Ambulance to St Joseph West.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2010 Honda Civic driven by May was total. It was removed by Towed To/By Crash City. The damage to the 2003 Peterbilt 379 driven by Ausmus was minor. It was removed by Driven From Scene.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Tpr D L Holliday of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 200614542 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report.
