Katherine Lehman Injured in a Crash on December 08, 2020 in Henry County, Missouri

CRASH OCCURRED WHEN DRIVER #1 FAILED TO STOP FOR THE STOP SIGN AND CONTINUED THROUGH THE INTERSECTION AT ROUTE K AND ROUTE H. VEHICLE #1 TRAVELLED ONTO CRD SW 1401, WHERE DRIVER #1 LOST CONTROL ON THE GRAVEL, CAUSING VEHICLE #1 TO VEER OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY AND STRIKE A BRIDGE GUARDRAIL. AFTER IMPACT, VEHICLE #1 CAME TO REST ON THE BRIDGE AND BURNT.

Injuries

Lehman's injuries were minor. Lehman was taken by Ambulance to Ellett Memorial, Appleton City, Mo.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2003 Ford Taurus driven by Lehman was total. It was removed by Towed By Gary'S Wrecker, Clinton, Mo.

Cpl R C West Assisted By Henry County Sheriffs Department of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 200613261 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
