James Holley Killed in a Crash on December 12, 2020 in Pulaski County, Missouri

James E Holley of Richland, MO was killed on Saturday, December 12, 2020 at 7:58AM in Pulaski County, Missouri. Holley is a 60-year-old man.

FATALITY CRASH - VEHICLE 1 CROSSED THE CENTER LINE, TRAVELLED OFF THE LEFT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY, STRUCK A CULVERT, OVERTURNED, AND CAME TO REST ON ITS SIDE OFF THE ROADWAY. DRIVER 1 WAS EJECTED FROM THE VEHICLE. NEXT OF KIN HAS BEEN NOTIFIED. THE DECEASED WAS PRONOUNCED AT THE SCENE BY PULASKI COUNTY CORONER, NICK PAPPAS, AT 0831 HOURS. THE DECEASED WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE WAYNESVILLE MEMORIAL CHAPEL BY THE FUNERAL HOME PERSONNEL. THIS IS TROOP I'S 2ND FATALITY FOR THE MONTH OF DECEMBER AND THE 33RD FOR 2020. ASSISTED BY TPR S. M. Injuries

Holley's injuries were fatal. Holley was taken to Transported To Waynesville Memorial Chapel.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2001 Toyota Tundra driven by Holley was total. It was removed by Towed By Jack'S Towing.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report

Cpl D W Pfeifer of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 200620520 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
