Herschel Turner of St. Louis, MO was killed on Saturday, December 05, 2020 at 12:32AM in St. Louis County, Missouri. Turner is a 54-year-old man.

Injuries
Turner's injuries were fatal. Turner was taken by Christian Ems to Barnes Jewish Hosptial.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2015 Ford Taurus driven by Rayford was extensive. It was removed by Towed To/By Bolins Towing.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Tpr A D Baker and Sgt P W Meyers of the McIu of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 200608200 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
