THE FRONT RIGHT OF VEHICLE 1 STRUCK THE LEFT FRONT OF VEHICLE 3, CAUSING VEHICLE 1 TO TRAVEL INTO LANE 3. THE FRONT OF VEHICLE 4 STRUCK THE REAR OF VEHICLE 2 CAUSING VEHICLE 2 TO SLIDE. THE FRONT OF VEHICLE 4 STRUCK THE LEFT REAR OF VEHICLE 1 CAUSING VEHICLE 1 TO STRIKE THE RIGHT SIDE OF VEHICLE 2. VEHICLE 1 OVERTURNED AND SLID. VEHICLE 3 RAN OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY AND STRUCK A ROCK DITCH. VEHICLE 4 RAN OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY AND STRUCK THE LEFT SIDE OF VEHICLE 3 WITH ITS FRONT. VEHICLES 3 AND 4 CAME TO REST AGAINST THE DITCH. VEHICLES 1 AND 2 CAME TO REST IN LANE 3.
Injuries
Guzman's injuries were serious. Guzman was taken by Pattonville Ems to Ssm Health Depaul Hospital.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2004 Jeep Liberty driven by Virga was total. It was removed by Towed To/By A2B Towing. The damage to the 2016 Freightliner Cascadia driven by Umarbaev was moderate. It was removed by Towed To/By Petroff Towing. The damage to the 1999 Saturn Sl driven by Guzman was total. It was removed by Towed To/By A2B Towing. The damage to the 2016 Honda Crv driven by Vinnik was moderate. It was removed by Towed To/By A2B Towing.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Tpr M G Bennett of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 200613958 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
