Donald Holstein Killed in a Crash on December 10, 2020 in St. Francois County, Missouri

Donald J Holstein of French Village, MO was killed on Thursday, December 10, 2020 at 2:00PM in St. Francois County, Missouri. Holstein is a 65-year-old man.

FATALITY CRASH - DRIVER 1 LOST CONTROL OF VEHICLE 1, TRAVELLED OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY, STRUCK AN EMBANKMENT AND WAS EJECTED. PRONOUNCED ST FRANCOIS COUNTY AMBULANCE DISTRICT AT 1426 HOURS.

The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
