DVR1 WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED BY BUCHANAN COUNTY EMS ON SCENE AT 0438 HOURS. ASSISTED BY CPL. J. D. MAUDLIN (805), CPL. S. E. PRITZEL (1192), TPR. J. D. FARMER (390), TPR. L. T. MCDANIEL (630), BUCHANAN CO SO, AND ST. JOSEPH PD.

Injuries

Lake's injuries were serious. Lake was taken by Buchanan Co Ems to Mosaic Life Care St. Joseph.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2017 Nissan Sentra driven by Bohon was total. It was removed by Towed By R & W. The damage to the 2005 Bmw X3 driven by Lake was total. It was removed by Towed By Blue Knight.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report

Tpr J H Thompson and McUi Team Cpl R V McCormick of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 200614960 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
