Chelsie N Fortner of Wappapello, MO was killed on Sunday, December 13, 2020 at 12:02AM in Butler County, Missouri. Fortner is a 29-year-old woman.

Injuries

Fortner's injuries were fatal. Fortner was taken by Ambulance to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2002 Chevrolet Trailblazer driven by Unknown was minor. It was removed by Towed By Barkers Wrecker.

The highway patrol assigned report number 200622072 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
