Churchill's injuries were moderate. Churchill was taken by Dekalb Clinton Ambulance to Mosaic Life Care St Joseph.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2005 Chevrolet Silverado driven by Churchill was total. It was removed by Towed By Bridgeman'S.

The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report.
