Walker's injuries were fatal. Walker was taken by ambulance to Morgue At St. Catherines.

The police said the 2007 Lincoln Mkz with Kansas license plate number 953NLW damage was unknown. This vehicle was insured. Progressive insured this vehicle. This vehicle was removed by Southwest Towing. It was taken to Tow Lot.
