VEHICLE 4 THEN TRAVELLED TO THE LEFT AND STRUCK THE RIGHT SIDE OF VEHICLE 2. VEHICLE 4 CONTINUED TRAVELLING THROUGH THE CABLE BARRIER AND STRUCK THE LEFT FRONT OF VEHICLE 3. THE IMPACT CAUSED THE CABLE BARRIER TO STRIKE THE LEFT SIDE OF VEHICLE 5. DRIVER 3 WAS PRONOUNCED ON SCENE AT 1352 HOURS BY JOACHIM PLATTIN AMBULANCE DISTRICT, OCCUPANT 3 WAS PRONOUNCED ON SCENE AT 1348 HOURS BY JOACHIM PLATTIN AMBULANCE DISTRICT. ASSISTED BY MSGT C. M. Injuries
Byrd's injuries were fatal. Byrd was taken by Schaefer Mortuary Service to St Louis County Morgue.

The police said the damage to the 2015 Chevrolet Cruze driven by Stevenson was total. It was removed by Towed By/To Pippins. The damage to the 2013 Accura Tl driven by Vander was moderate. It was removed by Towed By/To Pippins. The damage to the 2019 Nissan Altima driven by Crawford was minor. It was removed by Driven From Scene. The damage to the 1993 Western Star driven by Milstead was moderate. It was removed by Towed By/To Pippins. The damage to the 2020 Kia Telluride driven by Byrd was total. It was removed by Towed By/To Pippins.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Tpr B J Magnan and Crash Team Cpl D A Yingling of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 200585481 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
