Kaylea D Barnhart of Peace Valley, MO was injured on Sunday, November 22, 2020 at 2:45AM in Shannon County, Missouri. Barnhart is a 17-year-old girl.

The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report.
