Derek Watters Injured in a Crash on November 21, 2020 in Jefferson County, Missouri

Derek W Watters of Festus, MO was injured on Saturday, November 21, 2020 at 4:06AM in Jefferson County, Missouri. Watters is a 21-year-old man.

DRIVER 1 WAS DRIVING TO FAST FOR CONDITIONS, CAUSING VEHICLE 1 TO SLIDE ON THE WET PAVEMENT. VEHICLE 1 THEN STRUCK AN EMBANKMENT.

The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
