Barney Harris of Troy, MO was killed on Saturday, November 28, 2020 at 10:30AM in Lincoln County, Missouri. Harris is a 51-year-old man.

Injuries
Harris's injuries were fatal. Harris was taken by Lincoln County Coroner to Kemp Funeral Home.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 1992 Chevrolet Silverado driven by Harris was total. It was removed by Towed By S And R Towing.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Tpr D M Bochucinski of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 200594883 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
