Tiffany Pinckard Injured in a Crash on October 24, 2020 in Franklin County, Missouri

Tiffany N Pinckard of Gerald, MO was injured on Saturday, October 24, 2020 at 12:50AM in Franklin County, Missouri. Pinckard is a 28-year-old woman.
