The police said the damage to the 2009 Honda Civic driven by Duncan was total. It was removed by Towed By/To Leo'S Towing. The damage to the 2016 Ford Fiesta driven by Tierney was minor. It was removed by Driven From Scene.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Msgt J S Warren of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 200528547 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report.
