Injuries
Epley's injuries were fatal. Epley was taken by Jackson County Medical Examiner to Forensic Frontier.

The police said the damage to the 2007 Ford Fusion driven by Epley was total. It was removed by Towed By Meyer Motor.

The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report.
