Matthew Whitlock Injured in a Crash on October 21, 2020 in Sullivan County, Missouri

Matthew C Whitlock of Unionville, MO was injured on Wednesday, October 21, 2020 at 5:45AM in Sullivan County, Missouri. Whitlock is a 30-year-old man.

VEHICLE 1 CROSSED THE CENTER LINE, RAN OFF THE LEFT SIDE OF THE ROAD AND STRUCK A FIELD ENTRANCE. VEHICLE 1 BECAME AIRBORNE AND STRUCK THE GROUND AND A FENCE BEFORE COMING TO REST ON ITS WHEELS IN A FIELD.

Whitlock's injuries were moderate. Whitlock was taken by Sullivan County Ambulance to Sullivan County Memorial Hospital.

The police said the damage to the 1996 Ford F150 driven by Whitlock was moderate. It was removed by Towed By Jarmans Towing - Unionville.

The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
