Joseph Powers Killed in a Crash on October 20, 2020 in Lewis County, Missouri

Joseph L Powers of Edina, MO was killed on Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at 10:30PM in Lewis County, Missouri. Powers is a 44-year-old man.

The highway patrol assigned report number 200527102 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
