Jacob C Usery of Alpena, AR was injured on Thursday, October 22, 2020 at 7:00PM in Taney County, Missouri. Usery is a 17-year-old boy.

CRASH OCCURRED AS VEHICLE #1 FAILED TO NEGOTIATE A CURVE, WENT OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY, OVERCORRECTED, RETURN TO ROADWAY, BEGAN TO SKID AND SLIDE, CROSSED THE CENTER, WENT OFF THE LEFT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY, ENTERED A CONCRETE CULVERT, STRUCK A CONCRETE DIVIDER, OVERTURNED NUMEROUS TIMES, BEFORE STRIKING A TREE AND COMING TO REST ON ITS TOP.
Injuries
Usery's injuries were serious. Usery was taken by Ambulance to Cox South Springfield,Mo.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2004 Honda Crv driven by Martin was total. It was removed by Towed By Ozark Mountain Towing.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Msgt S Isringhausen of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 200530309 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
