Donald Blackwell Injured in a Crash on October 21, 2020 in Pike County, Missouri

Donald J Blackwell of Troy, MO was injured on Wednesday, October 21, 2020 at 9:10PM in Pike County, Missouri. Blackwell is a 39-year-old man.
