Amanda J Franklin of Salem, MO was killed on Monday, October 19, 2020 at 6:13AM in Maries County, Missouri. Franklin is a 23-year-old woman.

Injuries
Franklin's injuries were fatal. Franklin was taken to Transported To Long-Kloeppel Funeral Home In Dixon.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 1997 Chevrolet Tahoe driven by Franklin was total. It was removed by Towed By Plaza Towing. The damage to the 2016 Chevrolet Pickup driven by Vineyard was extensive. It was removed by Towed By Plaza Towing.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Cpl D W Pfeifer of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 200524032 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
