Williams's injuries were moderate. Williams was taken by Concordia Ems to Western Missouri Medical Center.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2018 Volvo driven by Williams was total. It was removed by Dons Truck Towing. The damage to the 2000 Toyota driven by Akon was total. It was removed by Meyer Motors.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Tpr B A Walker of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 200481352 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
