Tanner O Schmidt of St. Joseph, MO was injured on Saturday, September 05, 2020 at 9:25PM in Grundy County, Missouri. Schmidt is a 18-year-old man.

ACCIDENT OCCURRED AS NR1 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON NW 22ND AVENUE. NR1 SLID ON GRAVEL, TRAVELED OFF EAST SIDE OF THE ROADWAY, OVERTURNED, COMING TO REST ON ITS WHEELS FACING SOUTHWEST. ASSISTED BY SGT. D.P. LITTLE (833), TPR J.E. HAINEY (775), AND GRUNDY COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT.

Schmidt's injuries were serious. Schmidt was taken by Grundy County Ambulance to Wright Memorial Hospital In Trenton.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2005 Chevrolet Malibu driven by Schmidt was total. It was removed by Towed By Ewing Towing Of Trenton To A Residence On Route.

Tpr K J Cool of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 200442925 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
