Injuries
Foster's injuries were serious. Foster was taken by Johnson County Ambulance District to Centerpoint Medical Center.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2019 Chevrolet driven by Seaman was extensive. It was removed by Towed By Carlyle Tow. The damage to the 2002 Suzuki driven by Foster was total. It was removed by Towed By Carlyle Tow.

Tpr W T Smith of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 200440802 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report.
