VEH 1 CONTINUED UP AN EMBANKMENT AND STRUCK A UTILITY POLE WITH THE DRIVERS SIDE. VEH 1 CAME TO REST IN A FIELD ON ITS WHEELS FACING SOUTH. ASSISTED BY ANDREW COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE.
Injuries
Harter's injuries were serious. Harter was taken by Andrew County Ems to Mosaic Life Care St. Joseph.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2005 Chrysler Town And Country driven by Harter was total. It was removed by Towed By Blue Knight.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Tpr V F Selsor of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 200464307 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report.
