CRASH OCCURRED AS VEH #1 WAS PULLNG A MOWER MOWING ALONG THE EXIT RAMP AT I-35 SOUTHBOUND EXIT 33. VEH #2 AND VEH #3 WERE TRAVELLING SOUTHBOUND ON THE EXIT RAMP. THE MOWER THREW GRAVEL INTO VEH #2 AND VEH #3. VEH #2 STOPPED IN THE ROADWAY, AND THE FRONT OF VEH #3 STRUCK THE REAR OF VEH #2. VEH #1 CAME TO REST OFF THE ROADWAY NEXT TO THE EXIT RAMP. VEH #2 AND VEH #3 CAME TO REST ON THE EXIT RAMP FACING SOUTH. ASSISTED BY TPR B.T. QUIRING (907), CLINTON COUNTY SHERIFF?S OFFICE, AND MODOT.

Injuries

Pannkuk's injuries were moderate. Pannkuk was taken by Holt Ems to Liberty Hospital.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2006 International Conventional Tractor driven by Gooch was extensive. It was removed by Towed By Scotty'S Tow. The damage to the 2020 John Deere Tractor driven by No driver was none. It was removed by Driven From Scene. The damage to the 2006 Dodge Ram driven by Pannkuk was total. It was removed by Towed By Tyler'S Tow.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report

Cpl D A Landi of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 200476001 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
