ACCIDENT OCCURRED AS VEH1 WAS WESTBOUND ON 110TH STREET AND VEH2 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON CANYON ROAD. VEH2 ENTERED THE INTERSECTION BEFORE VEH1. BOTH VEHICLES ATTTEMPTED TO STOP. Injuries
Marriott's injuries were moderate. Marriott was taken by Nodaway County Ambulance to Mosaic Hospital In Maryville.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2002 Gmc Sierra driven by Smith was moderate. It was removed by Left At The Scene. The damage to the 2017 Chrysler Pacifica driven by Marriott was total. It was removed by Towed By/To Snyders Autobody Of Clarinda, Ia.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Tpr T R Hecker of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 200474227 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
