Smith's injuries were moderate. Smith was taken by Private Conveyance to Western Missouri Medical Center.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2003 Toyota Sienna driven by Smith was total. It was removed by Towed By Tip Top Tow.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Msgt D S Green of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 200424248 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report.
