Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2012 Hyundai Elantra driven by Fierras was total. It was removed by Towed By Double-M Towing Of Rock Port. The damage to the 2016 Peterbuilt driven by Haney was extensive. It was removed by Towed By Double-M Towing Of Rock Port.

The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report.
