Jerry L Graham of Hamilton, MO was killed on Tuesday, August 04, 2020 at 2:20PM in Caldwell County, Missouri. Graham is a 72-year-old man.

LATE DEATH REPORT- CRASH OCCURRED AS VEH 1 WAS EASTBOUND ON US-36 AND VEH 2 WAS WESTBOUND ON US-36. VEH 1 LOST THE DUAL TIRES OFF THE #3 AXLE. THE TIRES TRAVELED ACROSS THE MEDIAN OF US-36, INTO THE WESTBOUND LANES AND STRUCK VEH 2 HEAD ON. VEH 2 THEN TRAVELED OFF THE NORTH SIDE OF THE ROADWAY AND CAME TO REST DOWN AN EMBANKMENT ON ITS WHEELS FACING WEST. VEH 1 CAME TO A CONTROLLED STOP EAST OF THE CRASH SITE ON EASTBOUND US-36. DRIVER 2 WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED ON 08/04/2020 AT 1621 HOURS BY DR. PAHN AND DR. BARTON AT CAMERON REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER. NEXT OF KIN NOTIFIED. ASSISTED BY SGT. M.A. WILHOIT (1212), CPL. J.W. GEORGE (579), CAMERON FIRE, AND CALDWELL COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT.
Injuries
Graham's injuries were fatal. Graham was taken by Cameron Ems to Cameron Regional Medical Center.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2002 Kenworth Tractor Trailer driven by Parker was minor. It was removed by Towed By Scotty'S Tow. The damage to the 1986 Ford Mustang driven by Graham was extensive. It was removed by Towed By Scotty'S Tow.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Sgt J H Thompson of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 200374772 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
