Injuries
Starnes's injuries were fatal. Starnes was taken to Transported To Playle And Collins Funeral Home.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2006 Dodge Ram driven by Starnes was total. It was removed by Towed By Jarman'S Towing.

The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court).
